Last week we did a really fun fall craft using contact paper. My sister had a little trouble finding the contact paper so if you are looking for it she finally found it at Hobby Lobby. She printed the shapes of apples and then cut them out but you could also just cut it out of construction paper if you wanted to. She also pre-cut all of the tissue paper so this was very easy to get the kids set-up and started. Once they finished putting all of the bits of tissue paper in the apples she put another sheet of contact paper on top and cut around the apples to make a cute stained-glass window decal effect. I think they turned out really cute and make great fall decor. The kids had a lot of fun and it was not messy at all. Also, my sister had a lot of tissue paper and contact paper left over so we will probably do this again with a Christmas theme.
