I left Sunday night for a work trip and didn't get back until yesterday so I am just now finally recapping last weekend. It was a good, fun weekend with great weather. Friday night we stayed home and had a nice meatless meal because Saturday morning Justin and I were getting up early. Thankfully, my mom agreed to come over early Saturday morning so Justin and I could go on a long run together. We ran 14 miles because he is training for a 16-mile trail run next month! It went really well and it was nice to get in a long run. After the run, Justin went to home depot with Aspen while Everly and I went shopping. I had a lot of fun spending the day with her. IT was just what I needed considering I was leaving her the next day for most of the week. I may have spoiled her, too but it's so dang hard not to. Later that night we went to my sister's soccer game on Saturday night. After the game we went to Freddy's because 14 miles = all the food! We also watched my niece Mae for a little Saturday night while my sister and brother-in-law were out together. Sunday morning I had went grocery shopping and had a soccer game. I spent the rest of the day doing laundry and packing before having dinner with my family. I left Sunday night on a red-eye to D.C. for work. I had a great trip will be posting all about it next week!
