Last year Everly and I stumbled upon the Rides for Toys program at our local Target and so when we saw the sign for it again this year we made a plan to go and bring along Teddy and Aspen as well. Last year we rode in a Phoenix PD Suv (here) but this year we got to do a fire truck. We had bought toys to donate earlier at target and although they don't really get it yet, we try to explain to the kids that not everyone is able to get presents for Christmas. They had a blast riding in the fire truck. The volunteers that run this are all so nice and we are very grateful that they put this together!
